Chase is the Managing Partner, Co-Founder, and Chief Executive Officer for Five-Points Diversified, a long-term holding company (LTHC) focused on acquiring founder-led businesses in the South and Midwest. Prior to FPD, he was most recently a Managing Director, Private Investments for Platinum Holdings, a multi-strategy single-family office based in Connecticut and Los Angeles. Prior to Platinum, he held several senior leadership roles at large principal investment firms in the United States. Chase received a J.D./M.B.A. from Stanford University and a B.A. from Dartmouth College. Chase is a Director of Platinum Holdings, LLC and WPW Management GmbH.

Ryan is Partner, Co-Founder, and Chief Investment Officer for Five-Points Diversified, a long-term holding company (LTHC) focused on acquiring founder-led businesses in the South and Midwest. Prior to FPD, Ryan was a senior investment professional for Platinum Holdings, a multi-strategy single family office based in Connecticut and Los Angeles, leading energy and infrastructure investments from Dallas, Tx. Prior to Platinum, Ryan worked for a large single-family office in Kansas City, leading all direct control investments in private companies. Ryan received a B.S. from the University of Chicago.
